Who we are?

Our website address is https://fae.pl.

Comments

When a site visitor leaves a comment, we collect the data visible in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser signature, as an aid to spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also known as a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to verify that it is being used. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible in the context of your comment.

Media

If you are a registered user and upload images to the site, you should avoid uploading images with EXIF location tags. Site visitors can download and read the complete location data from images on the site.

Cookies

If you comment on the site, your name, email address, and website in cookies, the above information will already be conveniently filled in when you write subsequent comments. The cookies expire after one year.

If you visit the login page, we will create a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal information and will be deleted when the browser is closed.

When you log in, we create cookies to save your login information and select screen options. The login cookies expire after two days, and the screen options after one year. If you check the “Remember me” option, the login expires after two weeks. If you log out of your account, your login cookies will be deleted.

If you modify or publish an article, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not contain personal information, simply pointing to the ID of the article you edited. It expires after one day.

Embedded content from other sites

Articles on this site may contain embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves analogously to how a user visited a specific site directly.

Sites may collect information about you, use cookies, attach additional third-party tracking systems, and monitor your interactions with embedded material, including tracking your interactions with embedded material if you have an account and are logged in to that site.

Who do we share data with?

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in your message.

How long we keep your data?

If you leave a comment, its content and metadata will be stored indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve subsequent comments without sending them for moderation each time.

For registered users on our website (if any), we also store the personal information entered in the profile. Any user can review, correct, or delete their personal information at any time (except for their username, which cannot be changed). Site administrators can also view and modify this information.

What rights do you have to your data?

If you have a user account or have added comments on this site, you can request a file with an exported set of your personal information in our possession, including all of that you provided. You may also request that we delete all of your data in our possession. This does not apply to any data we must retain for administrative, legal, or security reasons.

Where will we send your data?

An automated spam detection service may check guest comments.
